Reaching Millions of Customers Through Multichannel Marketing Campaigns

Elisa is one of Finland’s leading telecommunications and ICT companies, serving over 2.3 million consumers and businesses. As part of the Nordic Morning team, I worked as a lead designer on multichannel marketing campaigns to maintain consistency across Elisa’s well-recognized brand, both online and offline.

We designed campaigns for Elisa Viihde (streaming service) and Elisa Kirja (eBooks), with Elisa Viihde campaigns aligning with their global “Elisa Missionaries” concept. For Elisa Kirja, we developed campaigns from scratch while adhering to Elisa’s brand guidelines.

My role was to lead the creative direction, designing consistent marketing assets across digital and print media. The goal was to drive customer engagement and expand Elisa’s online marketing reach. These campaigns successfully reached millions of consumers in Finland, attracting new customers to the brand.

The Elisa missionaries concept has been running over the past few years in various mediums. The concept is used both for Elisa Viihde and Elisa Kirja brands.
